YOUR ROLE:

As a Group Benefits Sales Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, engaging with businesses across Canada via phone, video, and in-person meetings. Your mission will be to showcase the unmatched value of GroupHEALTH's employee benefits, helping businesses improve their employee benefit plans with tailored solutions that outshine the competition. Equipped with cutting-edge tools and a dedicated support team, you'll have everything you need to succeed and thrive in a rewarding sales environment.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or eager to grow in a new field, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a drive to help businesses improve their benefits.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Build meaningful relationships with Canadian business leaders, educating them on how GroupHEALTH's solutions can enhance their employee benefit plans.
  • Collaborate with a talented New Business Development team to turn qualified leads into opportunities, consistently hitting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Guide prospects through a tailored sales process, ensuring they understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Design personalized benefit plans that deliver exceptional value-no "one-size-fits-all" solutions here. We provide better plans that outperform the competition.
  • Once deals are closed, transition clients smoothly to our dedicated Client Services team for seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Sharpen your sales skills by prospecting independently and collaborating with the New Business Development team to stay ahead of the curve.


THIS IS YOU

  • A self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Quick thinking and tech-savvy, able to leverage digital tools for success.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (experience in insurance or group benefits is a plus).
  • Cold calling and lead generation experience (great asset).
  • Familiarity with a CRM system is an asset.


YOUR COMPENSATION

  • On-target earnings Year 1: $75,000+
  • On-target earnings Year 2: $90,000+


On-Target earning projections are a combination of a starting salary of $50,000 plus commissions and bonuses as metrics are achieved.
