OPEXUS + Casepoint seeks to expand our product management team with the addition of a talented Product Manager, who will help shape our product journey and report directly to the VP of Product Management. In this high-impact role, you will put your creativity, leadership and product knowledge to work streamlining our product offerings and expanding the way our customers engage in meaningful ways - increasing product adoption, gathering user feedback, and enhancing the power of our products. As a critical member of the product management team, you will provide support related to the definition, delivery, rollout, and success of portions of the OPEXUS + Casepoint product portfolio.

Location: DC Metro Area with Hybrid Schedule
General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that expand market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, Implementation, and Engineering to evaluate and prioritize product features for inclusion into product roadmap.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Support to understand customer needs and translate those needs into developer-ready technical product requirements and specifications.
- Work with the UX to produce detailed wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of quality products using Agile Development best practices.
- Support product rollouts with release manager and ensure internal stakeholders are enabled with required materials, training, and operational processes in order to maximize the success of products.
- Write technical product requirements and manage product backlog and release cycles.
- Closely monitor product success through tracking metrics, conducting customer interviews, and collaboration with Sales and Support.
- Conduct market research and competitor research to stay aware of important trends in the market that inform product strategy.
- Evangelize product and features to internal/external stakeholders through presentations, customer meetings, and face-to-face networking.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of product management work in successful business-to-business software with technical products or services.
- Comfort developing product requirements - you enjoy seeing the outcome from your work, are unafraid to test new ideas, and love to solve problems.
- Career success delivering product launches with a metrics-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience utilizing various tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha!
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Resourceful self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Adaptable to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing degrees are preferred but not required.
