Review titles, surveys, and loan documents.
Draft and evaluate deeds, contracts, and leases.
Oversee property settlements and issue title insurance.
Manage IOLTA escrow accounts for compliance.
Conduct audits to ensure legal and procedural accuracy.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active membership in the state bar.
They should possess over 2 years of experience in transactional law, specifically focusing on real estate and business matters.
Proficiency in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management is crucial for this role.
Strong skills in attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, negotiation, and communication are essential.
