We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Technology QA and a passion for building robust tooling for automated testing. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance our testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated testing strategies and tools and implement inner-sourced test library.
Be a hands-on leader for a cross-functional team to design, build, and maintain automated test suites for component, integration and end-to-end tests.
Challenge existing processes and practices, driving the evolution of QA methodologies to align with rapid development cycles.
Utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
Experienced in comprehensive testing of microservices-based architectures and familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or Solace.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer, particularly in a financial technology environment.
Proficient in either Python, Java or C# and how eagerness to learn new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
