Software Engineer Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Senior Developer to join our team. The role will focus on developing and maintaining the Client Quoting & Pricing application, primarily utilizing Oracle CPQ, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that product and price lists by partner and customer segment are up to date, maintaining integration workflows, and ensuring compliance with revenue assurance rules. The role involves working closely with various teams, including the Enterprise Product & Pricing team, and participating in the development of ECOM Product & Pricing screens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Oracle CPQ application, including product and price list management by partner and customer segment.
• Ensure the Quoting & Pricing application is available and functioning correctly with the appropriate configurations and pricing rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Enterprise Product & Pricing team, to ensure that products and pricing configurations are accurate and revenue assurance rules are followed.
• Analyze and break down new requirements for the 3-member offshore team.
• Review and troubleshoot new work or defects, assigning tasks appropriately to offshore technical resources.
• Design, build, and test applications in various environments (local, networked, or Internet-related).
• Collaborate with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
• Participate in software design meetings and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Ensure complete documentation for installation and maintenance.
• Deliver presentations and provide decision-seeking recommendations to technical and business groups.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in CPQ development & administration, with a strong preference for Oracle CPQ.
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, specifically in the integration of CPQ with Salesforce.
• 4+ years of experience working with DocuSign and its integration with CPQ (preferably Oracle CPQ).
• 4+ years of experience working with web services, especially REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of software industry standards such as ISO, CMM, Six Sigma. Knowledge of financial regulations is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team management, and time management skills.
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and a responsive attitude towards internal and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle CPQ configuration and advanced customizations.
• Experience with automation and continuous integration tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.

Certifications (if any):

Any relevant certifications in Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or related systems would be a plus.
