We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on using data and metrics to drive operational efficiencies and enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement process improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvements
• Work cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
• Manage project lifecycles, schedules, and reporting to senior leadership
• Build and improve processes, workflows, and automation mechanisms
• Leverage expertise in Excel, HTML, and SQL to support data management and reporting

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Excel, HTML, and SQL

Basic understanding of customer electronics/software

Prior experience in a relevant industry or field

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel, HTML, and SQL
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to drive end-to-end project delivery and effectively communicate results to stakeholders
• Experience in process improvements and workflow optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization
• Expert knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Proven ability to build and enhance processes for operational efficiency
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
