Job Description
10-12 yrs experience as a business analyst in P&C General Insurance for US Geography
Experience of working in MGA system- Vertafore, Applied EPIC, HawkSoft etc
End-to-end lifecycle experience of P&C Product development & implementation project
Collaborate with customers and end users to understand features or functionality needs
Formal process mapping, glossary, data dictionary, and non-functional requirement specifications.
Support and coordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (analysis/design, development, implementation, testing, rollout, and hand-over) working with other teams.
Create use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, User Stories, wireframes and mock-ups to visualize proposed solutions.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process diagrams.

Must have Skills Sets

• Experience in US Geography in P&C with specialization in one or more of the mentioned LOBs- Automotive
  • (CAL/APD)
  • General Liability
  • Workers Comp
  • Property
  • Tax Indemnity
  • CLIPTenant Liability
• Must have experience of working in an MGA system like Vertafore, Applied EPIC, HawkSoft, EZlynx Management System etc.
  • Understanding of P&C UW, Commission Management, Claims, Billing, correspondence
  • Experience in writing user stories, creating wireframes, flowchart and functional documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Should be well versed with Agile methodologies including documents for design of product functionality, use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, User Stories and Wireframes.
• Strong analytic skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Basic Knowledge of Health Insurance for US market
