Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company's R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity:
The position will be responsible for scheduling all planned facilities and unplanned maintenance and repairs with minimal interruption to our customer groups. In addition, this individual will serve as the principal contact and liaison between Facilities, our customers, and other supporting departments in relation to determining the timing for execution of Facilities work activities. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Facilities and will require being on-site four to five days a week.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 to $172,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.

The Opportunity:

- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), which will be ServiceNow EAM and FSM, and support other staff effectively and efficiently utilizing the CMMS; identify and facilitate improvements to the performance of the CMMS; and utilize reporting and analysis tools to leverage CMMS functionality. This position plays a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing functional support of the CMMS.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work order activities to research requirements.
- Manage the Facilities ticketing system through ServiceNow and assign tickets and due dates to parties and follow up on completion.
- Coordinate with our critical parts department on planned activities so that the appropriates components can be assembled and ready for use when the work is planned to commence.
- Help ensure compliance with proper safety, quality, and environmental requirements in work.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow or a comparable CMMS for scheduling and ticketing.
- Plan and schedule internal resources and contractors as necessary to complete the required work.
- Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical individuals.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills. An ability to exercise good judgement to solve problems and troubleshoot independently with limited supervision.
- Strong people skills with the ability to work well with others and address Customer group requests with empathy and consideration.
- Excellent leadership skills to provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow or a comparable CMMS for scheduling and ticketing.
- Direct experience with ServiceNow's EAM and FSM modules.
- Microsoft Suite, including Excel comprehension.
