Your role
Are you an experienced income tax professional? Does partnering with financial advisors and their largest and best clients on tax and financial planning issues motivate you?
In an effort to provide more seamless access for our wealthiest clients to our most differentiated products and capabilities, UBS recently announced the creation of a new "Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Plus" client segment and the launch of an enhanced cross-divisional client service offering. In close coordination with the client's Financial Advisor, this client segment will be serviced by dedicated groups of subject matter experts across Wealth Management, the Investment Bank and Asset Management. Why? Sophisticated clients have sophisticated needs - we want to ensure clients continue to have the full suite of UBS capabilities at their fingertips.
We're looking for someone like that who can:
enhance the UHNW client acquisition and retention process by contributing sophisticated advice on income tax planning, wealth transfer and philanthropic planning
educate financial advisors and other members of the Advanced Planning Group in the areas of income tax and financial planning

You will prepare comprehensive and personalized analysis and review of a client's existing income tax planning (on an individual and entity basis), assist clients with establishing and structuring family offices, and educate clients on additional tax planning opportunities that may be suitable for them given their specific needs and objectives. You will serve as a member of UBS's in-house "think-tank," by writing timely articles on income tax planning for both internal and external publications and by participating in speaking engagements.
