LEAD THE HILLMOUNT PLANT SHORT RANGE PLANNING TEAM for F&A:
Manage a team of Short-Range Planner(s) to allocate and plan the necessary resources, sequencing and timing to attain the production requirements defined in the Long-Range Plan
Lead the generation of the weekly and daily balanced production plan to deliver customer service, supporting production continuity both in Compounding and Assembly and enabling effective and efficient labor planning in both areas (typically at least one week offset, providing five days' clear head of work across all departments).
Manage and support the development of the team and the individuals within it (i.e., conducting 1-1's, Performance and Development Plans, and managing performance issues as appropriate).
Support the development and lead execution of initiatives such as: MOQ, agility, run strategy, etc., providing reports of attainment, deviations, corrective actions, and recommendations.
Develop and enhance suitable data provision, reporting and monitoring of key activities and KPIs to drive the team forward and to highlight, where necessary, any areas for improvement.
Manage the production offsets in collaboration with Long Range Planning, Materials Management and Quality Assurance groups to balance inventory holding targets and customer service against production efficiency and zero down time.

PROCESS:
Coordinate the availability of associated Components with the Materials Management group, ensuring that Assembly offsets are optimized. Ensure escalation when material delays impact attainment.
Support the coordination of release of all Production Orders required to meet the Short-Range Plan, and work with Plant support groups (i.e., Plant Logistics, Quality, compounding, Filling & Assembly etc.) to assure the timely sequencing of bulk manufacture and availability of components to the allocated production line.
Work with department leads to seek opportunities to improve line capacity through improved sequential planning, minimizing change overs, etc.
In conjunction with the Long-Range Planning Manager and Regional Resource Planning group, ensure planning offsets and associated safety stocks / times are monitored and revised to provide optimal balance between inventory targets and Plant Plan attainment.
Provide monthly reports of attainment performance, trending data and analysis where targets are not met or where opportunity exists to improve.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS, Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of related experience in Supply Chain.
Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and finite scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, 09, OM Partners, etc.) is preferred
Hands on experience with Finite Scheduling, MPS, DRP, and Manufacturing processes and Supply chain principles
Experience in the cosmetics, personal care industries preferred
