Job Description:

We are seeking a Thunderhead/Smart Communications Developer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in document automation and customer communication management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Thunderhead and Smart Communications and a solid understanding of JavaScript and XML. Experience with SQL, UNIX commands, and Agile methodologies will be beneficial.

The role involves designing and developing software solutions in Order to Cash/Procure to Pay cycles, managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and performing product design, bug verification, and beta support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions using Thunderhead and Smart Communications.
• Work with JavaScript and XML to enhance document automation processes.
• Support integration and regression testing efforts.
• Utilize SQL and UNIX commands to interact with databases and applications.
• Contribute to Agile development workflows and participate in sprint planning.
• Research and analyze issues to provide bug fixes and improvements.
• Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash/Procure to Pay cycles.

Must-Have Skills:

Thunderhead and Smart Communications - 8-10 years of experience

JavaScript

XML

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Basic SQL and UNIX commands

CSS and/or XSL-FO

Integration/Regression testing experience

General business knowledge of the financial services industry

Additional Information:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the Retirement Industry/Financial Services is a plus.
• Remote Role: No location restrictions, candidates can be based anywhere in the USA.
