What You'll Accomplish
- Lead and oversee up to 3-5 job sites at a time, ensuring smooth production and top-tier results.
- Keep projects on schedule and on budget, tracking progress and making real-time adjustments.
- Serve as the key point of contact-work directly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal managers.
- Ensure production standards are met-every project should reflect expert craftsmanship and precision.
- Drive safety and efficiency-implement best practices to keep the crew working effectively and safely.
- Develop and train crew leaders and members, fostering skill growth across teams.
- Process vendor delivery tickets and paperwork daily to keep operations running smoothly.
- Solve problems before they happen, anticipating materials, equipment, and labor needs.

What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in project management or a green industry field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, train crews, and maintain high production standards.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.
- MA Hydraulics License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members daily.
The Work & Schedule
- Full-time position
- Field-based role overseeing multiple job sites daily.
- Some overtime may be required.
