Position: Attorney

Location: Addison, IL

Languages Required: Fluent in Spanish and English

Practice Areas: Civil Litigation, Family Law/Divorce, and Personal Injury

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) plus Bonuses, 401k Matching/PTO and Excellent Comprehensive Benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings with professionalism and expertise.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients, providing clear and empathetic legal guidance.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Manage cases independently, while collaborating with team members to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in your area of practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Illinois
• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Civil Litigation, Family Law/Divorce, or Personal Injury.
• Strong fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
