Role Description & Responsibilities

The Client Executive - DS Government Solutions is responsible for driving Dassault Systmes' industry strategy within assigned accounts, focusing on expanding market penetration and accelerating revenue growth in the short to medium term.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, leveraging the 3DS Ecosystem.
  • Identify and communicate business value through the Industry Solution portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer executives to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Systematically engage on value, utilizing the Value Engagement framework.
  • Advocate for 3DS business consulting services to support client transformation and ensure measurable business value through industry solutions experiences.
  • Lead and coordinate 3DS ecosystem team activities in alignment with company strategy.
  • Utilize the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as the primary channel for customer engagement, ensuring alignment with 3DS initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience, ideally within federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Energy (DOE), NASA or Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Software Sales Expertise: Proven experience with enterprise-level software solutions (e.g., CAE/CAD/CAM, MBSE, MBE), in US government systems.
  • Consultative Value Selling: Demonstrated success engaging in consultative sales strategies and value-based engagement in a sales or acquisition role.
  • C-Level Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a purpose-driven approach.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $ 205,000 - 275,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

Dassault Systmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
