Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while managing all stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost estimates
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
• Experience in residential construction is preferred
