Description:

Position
The Alliance Manager is responsible for aligning internal stakeholders with AWS and Tier 1 ISV partner strategies. They develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the OpsGuru Marketing team. The role also involves managing AWS and ISV events, providing sales support and training for funding programs, and driving participation in partner programs to support revenue growth. Additionally, the Alliance Manager ensures program and partnership requirements are met, supports growth in the AWS Marketplace, and represents OpsGuru at AWS and partner events.

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure partner alignment with AWS, and our Tier 1 ISV partners strategic direction
Work closely with the OG Marketing team to define and execute go-to-market strategies for AWS and ISV programs; including new offering development, and go to market plan
Work closely with OG Marketing team to execute AWS and ISV events including oversight for content and logistics
Provide Sales support and ongoing training for AWS and ISV funding and specialty programs
Support and drive participation in AWS and ISV partners programs that support revenue growth opportunities for OpsGuru in new and existing markets - example new competency attainment, AWS CEI program, etc.
Work with operations and all cross functional teams to ensure all program and partnership requirements are adhered to
Support our growth with the AWS Marketplace by building offers for AWS/ISV OpsGuru solutions, enabling the sales team and working with operations to ensure smooth execution
Attend local AWS and partner events as an OpsGuru representative and evangelist

Qualification& Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years in the AWS ecosystem or related channel
In-depth knowledge of the AWS sales and partnership organization
Understands the AWS Leadership Principles and way of working
Proven track record of strong relationship and networking skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership success, analyze key metrics, and adapt strategies based on performance.
