We are pleased to announce the opening for a Missile Defense Agency Quick Reaction Team Senior Missile Defense Engineer, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will support the MDA Director of Engineering by providing technical analysis.

Responsibilities:
You'll be:
- Conducting studies, analyses, and document reviews including quick response taskings, special studies, and joint studies with external partners.
- Conducting performance modeling and assist with analyzing strategic and regional missions against potential future adversaries and provide assessments including launch area denied and raid capacity.
- Assisting with developing analysis reports and products including defended area maps, probability of engagement success, raid capacity plots, and depth of fire plots.
- Reviewing technical products to ensure technical accuracy consistency throughout the Agency.
- Conducting analyses to find causes of technical discrepancies in MDS technical performance, and benchmark information.
- Conducting analyses and comparative trade studies. This includes developing tools and preparing assessments, analyses, inquiry responses, recommendations, papers, briefings, and reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a STEM field and 12+ years' experience on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program or project
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently to analyze and solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous MDA experience
- Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
- Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals
- Experience and confidence in interacting with senior technical leadership
- Experience in or the ability to quickly qualify for access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
