This position is primarily responsible for facilitating assigned global leadership/organizational development programs and training within the organization. This role conducts analysis, design, modification, and delivery/facilitation of existing leadership/organizational programs by utilizing industry best practices in alignment with company needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Facilitation: Facilitates leadership/organizational development programs, workshops, events, focus groups, 360-degree feedback debriefs, one/one coaching sessions, and other activities in either a physical classroom or virtual setting. Serves as a role model for excellent facilitation. Delivers programs by dynamically blending teaching, facilitating, and coaching.


  • Design & Development: Independently conducts needs analysis (desired objectives, skills, behavior changes, etc.). Designs and implements medium level complexity leadership program curriculum modifications including components such as workshops, group discussions, and action learning projects, etc. using a blend of internally and externally/vendor created content. Develops facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks, and job aids to support the learning programs. Conducts any pilots required for learning programs and revises programs based on feedback. Incorporates evaluation feedback of leadership development curriculum/courses for continuous improvement.


  • Relationship Management: Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure programs and services are aligned with global/local business priorities. Fosters team knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and cross-training.


  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Bachelor's

FIELD OF STUDY: Industrial/Organization (IO) Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Human Resources, or related field

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in a training facilitation role or similar, 3+ years in leadership development, facilitation and coaching in a corporate learning environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
General knowledge of leadership development best practices, models and tools.
Skilled in facilitating new content to employees and managers both in person and virtually; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently resolve issues and questions on the spot and deliver quality training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years in leadership development, facilitation and coaching in a corporate learning environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Ability to negotiate well in difficult situations with a deep sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.

Starting Compensation
Annual Salary: $67,000.00 - $97,099.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
