A&P Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled A&P Technician to join our team to ensure the safety and efficiency of our aircraft fleet. The A&P Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various aircraft, utilizing their expertise to meet regulatory standards and ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
• Perform repairs and modifications on airframe, engines, and other aircraft systems as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards.
• Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to aircraft maintenance and repair.

Qualifications

• Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification from the FAA.
• Experience working with Falcon, Cessna Citation, Gulfstream, Lear Jet, and Pilatus aircraft.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits

• Compensation: $85,000-$110,000
