We are in search of a Sr Analyst Benefits and Compensation in Spokane, Washington. This role offers a hybrid local work model, giving you the flexibility to work both in the office and from home. As a part of the HR Services Team, your focus will be on executing and leading initiatives that maintain our competitive position in the market.
Responsibilities:
Drive initiatives that enable the organization's objectives, with a focus on Health and Welfare, 401(k) and Retirement, Disability and Leave of Absence, Base and Incentive pay administration.
Gather information from multiple sources, analyze survey data, and help determine market competitiveness.
Analyze current plan data, prepare reports and presentations, and make recommendations for moderately complex projects.
Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefit and compensation programs, including analyzing costs.
Evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of company's pay practices.
Develop and deliver employee communications, including educational sessions and open enrollment meetings.
Lead the annual open enrollment process for active, retiree, and COBRA participants.
Manage the eligibility, claims, and administration fee payments for all benefit-related vendors.
Ensure compliance with all ERISA and regulated filings.
Act as point of contact for Human Resources Managers/Representatives for questions, and work with them to resolve problems through research and assessment of each situation.
Lead small to medium-sized project implementations within the area of responsibility.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Benefits and Compensation Analyst.
Proficient in operating ADP - Financial Services for managing and processing financial information.
Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Skilled in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for managing and optimizing HR services.
Experience in using Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking and managing employee time.
Knowledge of Lawon ERP system for managing business processes.
Proven experience in auditing processes within the HR function.
Demonstrated expertise in managing benefit functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Experience in managing and implementing bonus programs in the organization.
Familiarity with budget processes, with a focus on managing and allocating resources efficiently.
Proven ability in handling commission functions, including calculation, distribution, and reporting.

- Salary range 91k-125k
- Info on additional compensation up to 10% discretionary bonus
