Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Annual Giving for the OSF HealthCare Foundation is a role developed to elevate and enhance the annual and midlevel giving operations and production for the Ministry. The Director of the Annual Giving will have primary responsibility for ensuring a successful annual fund and midlevel giving program; include direct mail and digital appeals as well as events. This position oversees cultivation and solicitation methods as well as donor acknowledgements of annual and midlevel donors. He/she establishes and implements data-entry policies and procedures that track the cycle of giving and provides analysis of foundation retention and acquisition methods. In conjunction with foundation leadership team, the Director of the Annual Givingwill enact efforts to develop philanthropic strategies and execution of the Foundation's core programming such as Mission Partner Giving, OSF Grateful Patient and Culture of Philanthropy. In collaboration with the Foundation Events Manager, this position will ensure that all foundation events are intentional in ensuring committee members and attendees are cultivated, solicited and provided impact of philanthropy as appropriate.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Communications, Marketing, Business
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in fundraising office environment.
- 3 years of Management Experience *Fundraising software experience.
- Experience with Blackbaud products (or similar donor CRM).
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
