Job Title- Program Manager

Technical/Functional Skills - Technical program manager; Azure DevOps; Power BI; ADO management; triage; Scrum master
Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Program Management: to manage the customer feedback, issues, and collaborate with internal Windows product team to deliver the necessary outcome. Core work items include managing communication, triage, ICM, prioritization, ADO management, Manage ship release communication, DCRs. Drive requirements across multiple project managers, teams, and organizations and ensures ownership accountability.
Investigate, prioritize, and understand customer scenarios and feature requests.
Manage and coordinate work and tasks with engineering teams for feature work and bug fixes.
Prioritize and plan work items in partnership with the engineering teams.
Work with customers and partners to prioritize and address incoming requests.
Track and drive follow-up items to clear blockers for release.
Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and identify gaps in project plans.
Deliver and provide consistent, thorough, and accurate communications across the organization.
Drive efficiency and quality into the engineering process in partnerships.
Own the roadmap for projects, track project schedules, and implement plan.
Manage schedules, risks, and issues to ensure on-time release of monthly updates.
Drive work through Azure DevOps, including updating work items and queries.
Update incidents in IcM and drive postmortems as needed.
Understand customer scenarios for bug fix request and analyze against the bug bar.
Summarize business case information for bug triage templates and represent the business case in shiproom.
Update Power BI Reports associated with projects.
Provide details for and/or update reports as necessary.
Field and manage escalations and escalation process.
Drive data quality across reporting and tooling by ensuring work items follow guidance, policy, and hygiene rules.
Define success criteria, metrics, and execution plans for projects.
