Experience with Arista switches including CVP, Cisco routers and switches (Nexus), network monitoring and
management platforms including SolarWinds including NCM, and Cisco DNA, Wireshark packet analysis,
Python scripting and automation, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS). Good analytical

Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
Independently handling major incidents and actively participating in troubleshooting bridge call

Experience on Cisco Nexus switch, VDC, VPC, OTV, VXLAN
Clear understanding of Data center architecture including DMZ network.
Experience in Cisco FC and FCOE configuration
Understanding of Cisco UCS and experience on UCS configuration
Leaf spine architecture of Arista and Cisco ACI.
Understanding SAN technology in Arista and Cisco Nexus environment.
Understanding connectivity between DC and Azure/AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure.
Understanding server connectivity with Nexus VPC and Arista MLAG
Experience on network automation tool Ansible, Python scripting
Subject Matter Expert in routing protocol BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, OSPF.

Roles & Responsibilities
This position will directly support the customer enterprise network environment. They will participate in the installation,
configuration, and performance analysis of enterprise networks with a primary focus on network routing and switching.
Candidate should have an advanced understanding of network communications technologies and demonstrate the
ability to analyze, troubleshoot, coordinate and resolve complex network issues and projects. Participate in a
rotating on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support.
Skilled Data Center Networking Specialist to oversee data centers network systems.
The responsibilities include maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network
infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware,
along with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security
configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability, including system resource utilization,
trending, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with servers, networks, and storage systems
Facilitate the installation and configuration of new hardware and software
Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
Document network and equipment and ensure technical documentation exists for all systems within the enterprise
Provide technical support and guidance to users and other team members.
Provide Network Operations support in EST hours 8 AM to 5 PM during weekdays. After office hours and weekend
rotational on-call support.

the guidance provided by Customer Network Design & Architecture team.
Assist, in accordance with SLA, in resolving Incidents and completing Tasks associated with Network equipment&nb sp;
and Network Services software by coordinating with Field Operation team for on-premises break/fix support as necessary.
Follows policies, practices, procedures, standards, and company rules related to assignments; complies with regulations
and procedures required by external agencies.
Analyze network performance, troubleshoot when necessary, and provide resolutions to technical problems.
Review and evaluate the impact of Network Services, particularly Changes in the Network Environment, on the other
IT Functions and other Customer IT Environment Providers.

Must be able to clearly interact with customers, understand the customers requirements and be able to present solutions
to customers. Interact with team leaders and other team members to improve support quality.
Salary Range: 110,000-115,000 a year
