The Transformation Office at LS&Co. drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. The team partners with senior business leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring financial rigor and executional excellence.
Reporting to the Director, Transformation Strategy, the Manager, Transformation Strategy will be critical in strategic problem-solving, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze complex business challenges, developing data-driven recommendations, and helping manage critical transformation initiatives that improve LS&Co.'s structural economics, financial discipline, and operational effectiveness.

About You
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $110,500-$147,300 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.

About the Job
Support High-Impact Transformation Initiatives
- Support execution of enterprise-wide transformation projects that create margin expansion, cost efficiencies, and sustainable growth.
- Work with finance, operations, commercial, and technology teams to analyze challenges, synthesize insights, and develop relevant recommendations.
Partner with Business Leaders to Strengthen Structural Economics
- Support efforts to embed structural economic principles into decision-making, with a focus on cost optimization, contribution margin, and long-term profitability.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses to assess trade-offs and prioritize high-value business opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making
Drive Governance, Accountability, and Execution Excellence
- Establish clear ownership within assigned projects, ensuring understanding of financial and operational goals.
- Report on KPIs and financial outcomes to measure progress and ensure visibility for important partners.
- Help develop governance frameworks that promote better decision-making and influence tracking.
Enhance Financial Discipline and Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to ensure transformation initiatives create sustainable cost efficiencies and prevent expense creep.
- Support scenario modeling, data analysis, and financial tracking to improve decision-making.
- Help develop automated reporting tools to enhance transparency in execution.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation execution within a retail or consumer environment.
- Driven impactful recommendations about business challenges through financial modeling & data analytics
- Completed large-scale projects, managed partners, and influence teams without direct authority.
- Storytelling skills, the ability to develop compelling presentations for executive leadership..
- Experience with retail, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
