Position Responsibilities
- Lead solution development by fostering strong partnerships with business and IT teams.
- Manage large-scale, critical projects that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
- Translate complex business needs into clear strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Champion and facilitate core Agile / Scrum framework within assigned projects.
- Document business requirements using UML, process flows and use cases.
- Support change management by assessing current business processes, identifying gaps and driving meaningful improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 12+ years of experience in an analyst role.
- Extensive experience obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business operations.
- Expertise in modeling / mapping business processes - both "as-is" and "to-be."
