Project manager/Sr Scrum Master/Program Manager

Please share any 12+ year experience Project manager/Sr Scrum Master/Program Manager profile for an urgent requirement. More details below:

• Location: San Jose (SF Bay Area) - mandatory
• Cisco experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Work from office at least 2 days a week - Monday, Tuesday
• Good in Jira
• Ability to handle multiple X-functional team and track/lead multiple feature development in parallel
• Great in communication, articulation, tracking and reporting
• Should come from technical background preferably having lead Java development teams in past
• Should be able to negotiate from Developers to Directors and everyone in between when it comes to SLA/Timelines/Scope Commits etc.
• Rate ~$70/hr
