Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You'll Do
The FP&A Director will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. The position is expected to contribute to high-level corporate strategy and decision-making, leveraging their extensive experience and deep understanding of the company's financial health and long-term strategy.

What You'll Do
The FP&A Director will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. The position is expected to contribute to high-level corporate strategy and decision-making, leveraging their extensive experience and deep understanding of the company's financial health and long-term strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze current financial performance against historical data and forecasts
- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting packages for all external stakeholders
- Identify trends and make recommendations for financial optimization
- Present financial data and strategies to senior management and board members
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's strategic goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational strategies
What You'll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor's degree In Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- CPA/MBA preferred.
- 10 or more years of professional FP&A experience.
- 5 or more years of experience as a senior-level FP&A or finance manager.
- Experience in a SaaS business and/or PE-backed company strongly preferred.
- Exceptional accounting, analysis, modeling and excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build robust processes that scale with growth.
- Demonstrated leadership and planning skills.
- Strong understanding of PE reporting processes and financial data analysis.
