What You'll Do
Reporting to the General Manager of National Accounts, the Manager, Trade Marketing Wholesale oversees the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans, including promotional and commercial tactics for Wilson's wholesale partners. Motivated by results and inspired by creating elevated and innovative wholesale experiences, this marketing manager knows how to drive key marketing behaviors to drive the business forward. The ideal candidate is collaborative and able to support projects with cross functional teams of peers, external partners and vendors.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.

What You'll Do

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive brand awareness and visibility in key retail accounts.
- Work in partnership with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to identify and unlock brand opportunities for key accounts.
- Manage multiple sophisticated projects and own timelines and processes in collaboration with product and sales managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build marketing plans and creative assets in support of pivotal upcoming retail moments.
- Lead projects and facilitate meetings-kickoffs, reviews, updates, and retrospectives-while presenting updates and action items to team members and senior leadership.
- Help build collaborative sales presentations for key accounts by contributing brand news, launch plans, and marketing results.
- Collaborate with various teams to support marketing efforts for Wilson's major retail partners like Dick's Sporting Goods, Walmart Target, and Amazon.
What We're Looking For
The Manager, Trade Marketing Wholesale must be an analytical thinker and strong communicator with the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business or related field
- 6-8 years of experience working with a team in a Marketing role to support brand marketing in retail environments.
- Experience working with, or within, a cross-functional brand marketing team with a strong understanding of PR, social media, influencers, event production, and associated projects.
- Experience in consumer goods and/or retail industries.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to present to and collaborate with sales managers and key account marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative, with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical problem solver with a proactive approach who anticipates future challenges.
- Proficiency in mediating, advancing, and compromising to ensure the most effective path for success is planned and performed.
- Thrives within a fast-paced culture of creativity.
