About the Role:

In this role, you will work directly with business leaders and stakeholders to translate organizational needs into actionable learning strategies and solutions. You will own the entire design process, from needs assessment to final delivery, and be expected to drive work forward with autonomy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with business stakeholders to identify organizational needs and performance gaps and translate these into targeted learning outcomes and experiences.
• Design and deliver innovative, modern learning solutions using a variety of modalities - including eLearning, virtual and instructor-led sessions, and blended learning.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and create scalable solutions.
• Apply current instructional design best practices, adult learning theory, and business acumen to ensure learning delivers measurable results - moving beyond theory into business impact.
• Manage projects independently, demonstrating strong ownership, proactive communication, and high attention to detail to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
• Develop engaging content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and iterate for improvement.
• (Optional but a plus): Contribute to multimedia content creation, including video, graphics, and audio.

What You Bring:

• 4-10 years of experience as an instructional designer or learning experience designer within corporate/business environments
• Must have experience in the business/corporate side of building Instructional/Learning design experience versus education/school sector.
• Requires strong stakeholder engagement skills - you listen, ask the right questions, and collaboratively co-create solutions.
• Must have experience using AI tools and technologies for instructional or learning design development, ability to speak on your experience with AI tools (Up-to-date instructional design expertise)
• Experience creating blended, scalable learning solutions using contemporary tools and approaches, including leveraging AI to enhance learning.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and AI tools for learning design.
• Proactive, self-driven, and accountable - you take initiative, manage projects independently, and deliver on time without constant direction.
• Expertise in blended and hybrid learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual, and in-person delivery models.
• Proactive ownership and strong project management (working autonomously, taking initiative, managing end-to-end instructional design projects, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
• Proven experience to work without constant direction and follows through with structure and accountability.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable learning objectives and outcomes that drive results.
• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to evaluate learning effectiveness and make improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication - able to convey complex ideas in clear, engaging ways.
• Bonus: Experience with multimedia production (video, audio, graphics).
• Bonus: Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD Instructional Design Certificate).
