Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Home Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: Based on hours signed
Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis
License: Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: OASIS knowledge is a plus
Job Description:
- Provide home health care services as part of an experienced team.
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Required to pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and, if applicable, Moderate Sedation Test during orientation.
- Orientation comprises 16 hours.
- Compliance documents are required 5 business days prior to the scheduled start.
- Possession of recent EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
- Must submit any Request for Time Off (RTO) in the initial application; subsequent requests will not be considered.
- Adhere to attendance policies to prevent contract cancellation for missed shifts without reasonable explanation.
Additional Information:
- This position does not require being on-call.
- The role does not accommodate a block schedule.
- Travel candidates must reside more than 75 miles away from the facility location.
- COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions as the only exceptions.
