Position Highlights
- Call Schedule: 1 inpatient call week per month; no outpatient call
- Inpatient/Outpatient Mix: Fully outpatient other than call week
- Procedures performed in an outpatient surgery center
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Productivity: Starting at $600K, negotiable
- Bonus Structure: 50% of collections beyond $1.2M
- PTO & Benefits:
- 6 weeks PTO (including 1 week for CME)
