Manager of AI & Innovation

Swoon is actively seeking a Manager of AI and Innovation to join the team!

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Develop AI strategy and drive AI usage to workflow efficiencies and service value for clients
• Promote and facilitate AI awareness, learning, and support for lawyer and professional staff
• Develop integration strategies and plans for incorporation of AI technologies into existing systems, processes, and workflows
• Customize AI solutions or develop custom AI algorithms, models, or applications
• Be a hands on leader to help build out AI practices from the ground up

What's required?

• Experience in Microsoft products including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Data Factory, etc.
• Strong experience in AI integration, with a strong understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and platforms
• Able to champion AI innovation to a wide range of audience and coach and mentor professional staff on how to use AI
• Long-term vision with ability to plan and execute solutions
• Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree or above preferred

• Hybrid Role - 4 days a week on-site
• Salary + Bonus Plan
