Description:
The Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) will be a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. The PIC will mange all aspects of the business and pharmacy operations.
Pharmacist Job Duties:
- Serves patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health.

- Complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug.
enforcement administration, maintains records for controlled substances; removes outdated and
damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory; supervises the work results of support personnel; studies existing and new legislation; anticipates legislation; advises management on needed actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional.

Requirements:
- The PIC will be a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of
Pharmacy.
- Must be legally able to work in the United States
- Must complete annual HIPPA training.
- Must complete required Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy training according to the standards of the board.
- Must complete any other job-related training that may occur.
- Must abide by all state and federal laws regarding the appropriate labeling and dispensing of
prescription medications.
- Ability to work agreed upon schedule.
- Must be punctual and dependable for assigned shifts.
Work Environment:
This position frequently involves a fast work pace in a retail pharmacy setting. Must be able to handle multiple tasks (Data- Entry, answering telephone, filling scripts, etc.) every day.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Pick up and pinch small tablets with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn objects with hands.
Must be able to bend at the waist, squat.
Must be able to work with hands, see and hear.
Must be able to type and look at computer screen for extended periods of time.
See objects at close vision and be able to identify and distinguish colors.
