Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Review and supervise the work of three probate paralegals to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and file Probate Accountings and Inventories in accordance with court regulations.
Assist the Estate Planning team as needed, contributing expertise and support on related matters.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in probate law.
Proven ability to supervise or mentor paralegals and junior attorneys.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Compensation is based on probate law experience, billable hours, and willingness to engage in business development activities. Participation in business development is optional but may enhance overall compensation.
