The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are looking for a campaign strategy and ops associate for our newly formed team.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution of all category campaigns including merchandising, creator partnerships, promotions, design, and analysis
- Pioneer and implement innovative ideas to elevate discovery ecommerce
- Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign strategy to extract actionable insights and iterate on future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies or consulting firms
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities; experience in the commerce industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Fast learner, highly self-driven with curiosity and structured thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration; highly responsible, independent, and resilient.
