Description:

A&T Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all contractual responsibilities for the IMCS IV task order at Presidio of Monterey. The Site Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and support of communications infrastructure, including ISP/OSP, NIPRNET systems, telephone service operations, tower maintenance, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a high level of technical expertise, leadership, and availability to support mission-critical operations at the Presidio of Monterey.

Clearance Required: DoD Secret Clearance
Certification Required: Security+

Requirements

Management & Oversight:
  • Serve as the central point of contact with the Government for all task order-related matters.
  • Ensure all work under the contract is executed efficiently, meeting contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Supervise operations and maintenance of all equipment listed in Attachment 1 of the PWS.
  • Provide technical and administrative leadership to ensure service quality, timely issue resolution, and compliance with security requirements.

Availability & Response:

  • Be telephonically available to the KO (Contracting Officer) or COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) from 0700-1700 PST, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
  • Provide a method for the COR to reach the Site Manager within 30 minutes during normal duty hours for an in-person meeting at a designated location.
  • After duty hours, be available to meet with Government representatives at the specified work site within two (2) hours of notification.
  • Designate an alternate Site Manager and an on-site representative to act in the Site Manager's absence.

Technical Proficiency & Support:
  • Ensure the successful configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of ISP/OSP networks, NIPRNET systems, telephony infrastructure, tower maintenance, and LMR devices.
  • Oversee and, if required, perform touch labor to support network and communications infrastructure.
  • Provide troubleshooting and engineering expertise to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain compliance with DoD and industry standards for secure communications.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT and communications infrastructure projects in a DoD or Government environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, ISP/OSP systems, NIPRNET, telephony services, tower maintenance, and LMR operations.
  • Experience managing Government contracts and interfacing with Government representatives.
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate technical support efforts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with military communications systems
