As the Senior Director of Clinics, you'll oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Rural Health Clinics, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing clinic efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Administration - Develop policies, ensure compliance with healthcare laws, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Staff Management - Hire, train, and support medical professionals and administrative staff.
- Financial & Budgetary Oversight - Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Patient Care & Experience - Drive high-quality patient care, address concerns, and implement improvements.
- Operational Efficiency - Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize clinic effectiveness.
- Education - Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience - At least 3 years of clinic management experience, preferably in a union environment.
- Skills & Knowledge - Familiarity with Rural Health Clinic regulations, healthcare laws, and best practices.
- Technical Proficiency - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic.
- Certifications - BLS certification (required within 6 months-we'll help you get it).
