Your Role

As the Senior Director of Clinics, you'll oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Rural Health Clinics, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing clinic efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leadership & Administration - Develop policies, ensure compliance with healthcare laws, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Staff Management - Hire, train, and support medical professionals and administrative staff.
  • Financial & Budgetary Oversight - Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Patient Care & Experience - Drive high-quality patient care, address concerns, and implement improvements.
  • Operational Efficiency - Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize clinic effectiveness.
What You'll Need
  • Education - Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience - At least 3 years of clinic management experience, preferably in a union environment.
  • Skills & Knowledge - Familiarity with Rural Health Clinic regulations, healthcare laws, and best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic.
  • Certifications - BLS certification (required within 6 months-we'll help you get it).
