The annual salary for this role is currently $80,000.00-$95,000.00. The Company's salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. What You'll Do:
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth financial operations and banking transactions.
- Drive Financial Transactions: Independently facilitate transactions of various scales, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Top Professionals: Work alongside restructuring advisors, fiduciaries, and legal professionals to manage client accounts, banking transactions, claims distribution, and reconciliations.
- Lead & Innovate: Take initiative on process improvements, operational documentation, and workflow enhancements to increase team efficiency.
- Analyze & Report: Manage banking activities, provide real-time insights, and communicate transaction updates to internal teams and clients.
- Own Your Work: Operate independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership and colleagues in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree Required (MBA, JD, or paralegal certification preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in corporate restructuring, banking, finance, or cash management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
- Flawless communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (bonus points for experience with financial modeling or data analysis).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
