You can think of Console as the control panel for your entire organization. It plugs into all of your systems, understands all of your corporate policies & rules, and has the permissions to unblock employees in real time. About you
- You're an individual with strong generalist technical skills, and you value a high degree of ownership and responsibility
- You have worked extensively with AI and LLMs, from concept to a production environment at scale
- You're familiar with advanced prompting techniques and common RAG strategies. You have experience with evaluation frameworks and assessing AI performance.
- You understand that building great AI systems means caring deeply about the user experience, collecting and carefully studying data, and being willing to experiment.
- You are excited to help define the technical and cultural foundation for a growing engineering team
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML engineering
- Comfortable working and contributing across the entire stack (Typescript/Node/React)
- Obsessed with building incredible product experiences for users, and never happy with "good enough"
