About The Team
The TikTok RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts for TikTok Engineering's core product team. You will design tailored recruiting strategies to build a multidisciplinary, data-focused technical team from scratch, and closely collaborate with the business to implement various projects to reach recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to take on new challenges. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech engineering roles.
- Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs.
- Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven approach.
- Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates, and fulfill hiring goals.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
- Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-lifecycle technical recruiter successfully supporting engineering roles, and 1+ years experience in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent years of working experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging data to optimize recruitment efficiency and influence stakeholders.
-A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
- Experience partnering with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
