We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who thrives on seeking out new business opportunities, forging strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Role Overview:

This role will focus on finding and securing new business opportunities for our Image & Print division. You'll play a critical role in expanding our customer base, with a primary responsibility of identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with potential customers throughout the Salt Lake valley. This is a high-energy, target-driven role perfect for a go-getter with a hunter mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop compelling pitches and deliver product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers to understand their challenges and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about office technology industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track activities and progress using Salesforce and provide regular sales performance updates to the leadership team.

What we're looking for:
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills; cold-calling experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Goal-driven with a hunter mentality and an unwavering focus on achieving targets.
  • Experience in selling office technology, such as VoIP phones, copiers, printers, or IT services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
  • $30,000 base pay, plus a $60,000 guarantee (not a draw on future earnings) paid out over your first 12 months on the job, with the ability to earn uncapped commissions
