The Role

As a Director for Digital Solutions, you'll be integral in designing solutions for our customer-facing associates in Fidelity Wealth, including Branch associates and Wealth Management Enablement Teams. You'll be delivering associate-led, digital service transactions that are easy and intuitive for our branch associates and our clients. In addition, you'll focus on eliminating non-digital activity throughout the transaction, supporting a service model that is digitally straight through.

In this role, you will be focused on building a strategy that identifies our biggest opportunities to enable straight through processing, while partnering with platform and delivery teams to deliver solutions for account opening, account maintenance, and money movement.

Your work delivering digital service solutions will help scale our Wealth business so that more clients can spend time with Advisory Teams on what matters most. Our team of software engineers and analysts will look for your leadership to help them do their best work.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience informing product strategy and delivery, including opportunity identification, solution design, and working with technology teams for delivery
  • 8+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
  • Client-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach
  • Experience working in an Agile team required
  • An affinity for technology and staying up to date on industry innovations
  • You employ strong story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital strategy and solutions using data and visualization
  • Bachelor's degree required

The Digital Solutions Chapter helps create world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:
  • Integrating deep research & industry awareness
  • Impacting product strategy
  • Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints.


You will be aligned with the Branch Digital Experience Product Area in Wealth whose mission is to deliver digitally powered service solutions that save time and make it easy for associates and clients to collaborate on what matters. We do this by deflecting, intercepting and/or servicing in the branch and designing straight through processes to support our digital operating model. You will be part of an agile team that grows our core business, wins customers of the future, and scales our growth.
