Job Title: Build Manager (DevOps/Configuration Engineer)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term (Fulltime)

Note: US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Build Manager (DevOps/Configuration Engineer) to own and manage our CI/CD pipeline, build infrastructure, and deployment processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure seamless software releases, maintain infrastructure reliability, and drive automation best practices.

This position requires expertise in build automation, configuration management, and DevOps methodologies to support a fast-paced, agile development environment. Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring efficient and reliable build and deployment processes.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance build infrastructure and deployment scripts for scalability and stability.
• Provide technical support and guidance on DevOps best practices and tooling.
• Manage the end-to-end build process for software releases, ensuring consistency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features, bug fixes, and infrastructure improvements.
• Continuously improve automation, build performance, and deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or Configuration Management roles.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, build automation tools, and version control systems.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, and attention to detail.
