Position Summary
The Manager of ITS Enterprise Applications will oversee the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of assigned enterprise applications at Asante. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization's software systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, healthcare applications, and team leadership.
The scope for this position includes the following: Integration Programming, ServiceNow Platform Engineering and Administration, Microsoft 0365 Application Engineering, Security and Administration, Document Capture Platform Engineering and Administration, Enterprise Application Licensing Management, Rationalization and Administration.
Salary: Starts at $121,941.00 annually (increase commensurate with years of experience). Typical starting range would be $121,941 to $152,422 (or more) based on years of relevant experience.

Position Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management is required - with a focus on enterprise applications preferred .
- Proven track record of leading and managing IT teams, strong knowledge of enterprise application systems and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPPAA).
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable .
- Experience with Hyland OnBase, Hyland IMR, OpenText and Document Capture Systems, ServiceNow Platform Management, Microsoft Office Platform Support (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), system integration tools and platforms (Rhapsody, HL7, FHIR) and Epic, preferred .
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
- Master's degree, preferred .

- PMI Certification, preferred .
