We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing team that reports directly to our VP of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing our product marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across our portfolio of 22 products spanning four industry verticals and three brands.
The Director of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in competitive intelligence, new product launches, sales enablement, and multi-channel marketing campaigns while serving as a thought leader and internal subject matter expert.

What You Will do
- Positioning and Messaging: Develop and maintain comprehensive messaging kits for all products, ensuring clear differentiation and market positioning.
- Competitive Intelligence: Oversee and enhance the competitive intelligence program to provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and product teams.
- New Product Launches: Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring successful pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Quarterly Feature Launch Communication: Partner with Product to craft and execute communication plans for quarterly feature releases, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Team Leadership: Act as a player/coach to a team of five product marketing managers, each responsible for a portfolio of 4-5 products.
- Amplify the Voice of the Customer: Champion customer insights and ensure they are integrated into product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Annual Customer Conference Content Strategy: Collaborate with Product to define and execute content strategy for our annual customer conference, ensuring alignment with key product narratives.
- Sales Enablement Content: Oversee the development of case studies, product one-pagers, demo materials, product videos, interactive product tours, and other sales collateral.
- Marketing Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on product-related content for the broader marketing team, ensuring product alignment across marketing initiatives.
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Develop strategies for integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product marketers.
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience launching and driving pipeline building of new products.
- Track record of creating compelling sales enablement materials that drive sales success.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
- Government or public safety tech experience preferred.
