- Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of NDE/NDT personnel
- Oversee and manage all laboratory and field operations
- Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the NDE Department and group related P&L
- Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
- Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members
- Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group
What We're Looking For
- ASNT Level III NDE certification
- 8+ years of NDE experience
