Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Specialty: Physical Therapy (Outpatient)

Job Duration: 13 or 26 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:15 - 16:45)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of outpatient rehabilitation experience

License: License from Virginia or compact states preferred; 30-day work authorization accepted with timely licensure

Certifications: Must have flu vaccine; medical/religious exemptions only

Must-Have:
- Willingness to float to acute care if needed
- Minimum 1 year of general experience required
- BSN preferred
- EPIC charting experience preferred

Job Description:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a community hospital setting
- Ability to float within scope when needed
- Complete non-billable modules during orientation, average 6 hours
- Facility reviews all background checks
- Return staff must have a 6-month gap to be considered as a traveler
- Adhere to natural nail policy
- Fingerprinting required for specific departments; results needed before starting
- Complete an average of 16 hours of non-billable orientation
