The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will serve as a strategic partner to senior management, acting as a contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, market trends, and the automotive retail industry along with strong communication skills.

This position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in executing a proactive investor relations strategy and communication plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth strategy.
Serve as a point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Prepare presentations for earnings calls and annual shareholder meetings to communicate the company's financial results, business strategies, and market position.
Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring the accuracy of quarterly earnings releases, SEC filings, and other financial reports.
Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare comprehensive quarterly and annual reports summarizing company performance, key metrics, and industry trends.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, equity research analysts, and financial media representatives.
Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings to increase company visibility and attract potential investors.
Act as a liaison between investors and senior management, facilitating information flow and alignment.
Track and analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential impacts on the company's investor perception.
Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Collaborate with the corporate communications team to develop messaging strategies and materials, including press releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and website content.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all investor communications channels.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably within the automotive retail or consumer industry.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining investor relationships and executing successful investor relations strategies.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation models, and key performance metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Occasional travel required for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
The role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
