Neurocritical Care APP (NP/PA)

Lahey Hospital and Medical Center (Burlington, MA)

Join Our Team!

• Be a crucial part of our 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU).

• Work with a team of 5 neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practitioners.

• Immediate opening!

Your Role:

• Provide primary critical care in the NCCU.

• Collaborate with attending neurointensivists.

• Care for adults with neurological and neurosurgical critical illnesses.

• Key duties:

• Histories & physical assessments.

• Diagnostic & therapeutic plan development.

• Lab, imaging, & physiologic data interpretation.

• Clinical documentation.

• Invasive procedures (arterial/central lines).

We're Looking For:

• Critical care training.

• Neurocritical or critical care APP experience (ideal but not required).

• Dedication to excellent patient and family care.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work semi-autonomously.

• Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and quality improvement.

• Qualifications: NP/PA license
