Architectural Design Project Management Specialist

The Project Management Specialist will manage store design projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with brand guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining project quality, and ensuring efficient resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards, delivering an elevated client experience.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and track detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication.
• Cost Management: Track costs, source materials with procurement, and ensure projects remain within budget. Prepare quarterly project reports.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and brand standards.
• Sustainability: Apply sustainable design principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education: College Degree (Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management)
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally in luxury retail, architecture or interior design.
• Strong budget management and financial acumen
• Knowledge of retail store construction, millwork, and fixture production
• Familiarity with building codes and sustainability principles
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, AirTable, Procore) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $100,000 - 120,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
